  • Cancellation Policy

    On day charters we will allow a 100% refund if cancellation is done 24h prior the charter departure.

  • Can I bring my own food and beverages?

    Yes you can. Several eating and beverage options are made available to you on the platform.

  • While on board, can I extend my day charter?

    Four hour charters have the possibility of being booked twice in a day; a morning shift, and a late afternoon shift. If aboard the earlier shift and the vessel is free for the evening, one can extend it hourly for the rate disclosed in the yacht's description. If it is a full day charter, no restrictions apply and hourly extensions can be done. In order to apply it, all you have to is make your captain aware of your wish to extend, and all will be taken care of. The yacht booker's credit card will be charged for the extra hours at pro rata.

  • Can we have more than 13 guests on board?

    U.S Coast Guards implemented this regulation, therefore by law, the limit of guest passengers is 13. The boat will not depart if amount is exceeded.

  • What happens if I'm late?

    As a courtesy to our members, we give our customer a 30 minute window on arrival time. After that, time will start counting down from its original booking time.

  • Do we tip the crew?

    Industry standards state to tip captains 15% - 20%. For your convenience, we include 15% of tip on the credit card charge so that no cash has to ever be needed. If you were impressed by the outstanding performance of the crew, you are always welcome to add additional cash tips at your discretion.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Pets are not allowed onboard. If it is a service animal, by law they will be allowed aboard. Yacht charterer will be responsible for the animal including damages if caused.

  • Pick ups and drop offs at private locations

    They are possible but require a few steps. 72 hours prior your departure, email us at [email protected] to let us know where the pick ups and drop offs will occur. Our team of professionals will then make sure that the chartered vessel can safely access the desired location. You will receive a confirmation email prior to your booked date.

  • Guest holds captain license / Can they navigate the vessel?

    Unfortunately, only the assigned captain is allowed to maneuver the vessel due to insurance purposes.

  • Lost & found

    Please note that ANKER is not responsible for any lost items while aboard any of our listed vessels. If an item was lost, you can directly get in touch with your assigned captain (information available in charter confirmation email) or with ANKER by email at [email protected]

  • Smoking on board

    It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside any vessel. Some vessels will have designated smoking areas, but vigilance is required when doing so. And remember, help keep the environment clean and safe by not feeding cigarettes to our friends in the water

  • Can we meet another friend's boat with our chartered yacht?

    Yes you can! Just let your captain know where in order to make sure the area meets vessel requirements in terms of depth and width.

  • Security deposit

    If a guest or charterer damages the yacht, the repairs will be charged to the credit card saved on file. You can always contact us if you wish to use a different payment method.
